This product comprises B Vitamins to help the body fulfill its deficiency. Vitamin B deficiency could be caused due to poor diet, pregnancy, alcoholism, certain disease, etc. Vitamins play an important role in maintaining the overall health and wellness of the body. It is essential in the normal functioning of nerves and in the production of DNA.
Vitamin-B Complex comprises of 8 different types of vitamins which are: thiamine(B1), riboflavin(B2), niacin(B3), pantothenic acid(B5), pyridoxine(B6), biotin(B7), folate(B9), and cobalamin(B12). Vitamin B is water-soluble and thus it can be easily absorbed in the body. If there is any excess of these vitamins, it gets cleaned away through urination.
This product is highly effective for pregnant ladies as this combination helps in raising much-needed haemoglobin levels in the blood.
Dosage:
B-Complex with L-Lysin is an oral syrup to be taken once daily. Take this medication as directed by your doctor or dietician as the case may be.
