Cestify-LM Tablets belong to a group of medicines called antihistamines or anti-allergics. Cetisfy-LM is a tablet used in therapy for sneezing, allergic skin reactions, running nose, itching, swelling, watery eyes, hay fever, and many more. It also makes breathing easier by reducing inflammation.

Cestify-LM Tablets consist of two main compositions:-

Levocetirizine and Montelukast, which are both anti-allergic in nature. Levocetirizine and Montelukast help to block the effect of chemical messengers that are involved in allergic reactions.

1. You are not advised to take Cestify-Lm tablets if you are a breastfeeding mother as Levocetirizine can mix with the milk and can harm the infants.
2. It is advised to quit alcohol while you are on the treatment for Cestify-LM tablets as it might transform your alertness.
3. You may need to adjust your dose if you are suffering from any liver-related issues. Consult your doctor once before starting this medication.
4. Do not consume these tablets before driving or traveling anywhere as it causes tiredness and drowsiness.
5. If you are in your pregnancy stage, you must talk with your doctor before starting Cestify-Lm medication.
6. If you are a patient with kidney disease, consult your doctor before starting the medication for this tablet.

Warnings before taking Cestify-LM Tablets

Some important warnings you need to read before you start the dosage of Cestify-LM tablets:-

1. If you are already consuming any kind of painkillers like aspirin or some other, it might increase the risk of asthma.
2. Talk to your doctor if you are dealing with psychiatric disorders, experiencing breathing difficulty, rashes or a genetic disorder called phenylketonuria.
3. These tablets may cause aggression, anxiety, or lack of sleep.
4. Use your inhaler for relief if you experience acute asthma attacks.

Directions for the use of Cestify-LM Tablets

You are advised to take medicine as recommended by your doctor. Do not take in excessive amounts.

Overdosage

Consume the amount of medicine as described by your doctor. Do not overdose. If done so you will experience worse side effects like trouble breathing. Rush to your nearest hospital in case of emergency.
