The Working Mechanism of this combination medication has been discussed as follows:
Paracetamol- Being an Analgesic and Antipyretic, it works by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase COX in the brain, reducing prostaglandin synthesis, thereby lowering fever and relieving pain.

Phenylephrine- It causes vasoconstriction in nasal blood vessels, reducing swelling and congestion in the nasal passages.
Caffeine- is a Central Nervous System Stimulant, counters drowsiness caused by antihistamines, and enhances the analgesic effect of Paracetamol.
